Unconventional pinot blends
Pinot3 - White
Inspired after reading the book Wine Grapes, by Jancis Robinson et al., which indicates Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc are just mutants of the same grape variety Pinot. No other producer seemed to be making a blend of these three so we thought we'd give it a shot.
Vintage: 2022.
Varieties: Pinot Blanc with a splash of Gris and Noir.

Pinot3 - The Red Edition

Regions: Central Otago with a wee touch of Marlborough

Pinot Petit
Making this wine was a bit of an impromptu decision. A very small amount of top quality Petit Verdot from an organic West Auckland vineyard was unexpectedly offered to Untitled in exchange for some wine. Too good an opportunity to miss, hands shook and the deal was done.
Vintage: 100% 2019
Variety: 92% Pinot Noir and 8% Petit Verdot
Region: 92% Marlborough and 8% Auckland
